Do you sell Telecommunication Products (Telecommunications Goods and/or Services) to an individual who intends to use the product for personal domestic use and not for resale?
Do you sell Telecommunication Products (a Telecommunications Good and/or Service) to a business or non-profit organisation?
Does the business/non-profit Consumer have a genuine and reasonable opportunity to negotiate the terms of the Consumer Contract (i.e. pricing and duration)?
Does the business or non-profit Consumer have or will have an annual spend on Telecommunications Products which is, or is estimated on reasonable grounds to be, no greater than $40,000?
